The Landing, Center for Healing Arts has joined with Head Games Salon for Hair and Body at 116 Free Street in Portland, Maine!

Together we have created an inspiring and comfortable environment with wonderful amenities and attention to detail. This unique combination provides an atmosphere where men and women alike can enjoy meeting all of their health and beauty needs.

The Landing Studio is a beautifully flowing large room where we offer a diverse array of classes, from Yoga, Meditation and Pilates, to Zumba and Spinning and Personal Training.

Our classes run every day, including weekends!

The Willow Room is our individual appointment room where we offer many one on one services including; Life Counseling, LifeBreath, EFT, Reiki, Tong Ren Therapy, Nutrition Counseling and much more!

The Heat Suite is an amenity that has been extremely popular. Warm up, relax and detoxify in our sauna or far infrared heat therapy unit. Warming up in the Heat Suite increases your heart rate, so you will be that much farther ahead when you start your spinning workout or personal training session! It also feels wonderful to relax and warm yourself prior to a meditation or LifeBreath session.

Our weekend workshops and seminars will change consistently and will include healing workshops, environmental seminars, energy workshops and much more! We will be adding more classes to the schedule, so please put in a request if you would like to see more Zumba or Pilates, or if there is a class we are not currently offering that you would like!
