
Indoor Cycling
Indoor cycling classes will focus on progressive interval training. From November to April we will build on interval effort and duration with concentration on proper cycling technique. Each class will cater to the individual’s own training gear. We will use perceived exertion, heart rate and power to gage the training. Classes shall be open to different skill levels, but will be geared to the majority of the class participants. Students must bring their own bike. Please note: You must bring your own bike! This class will be instructed either by Rob Smith or Chess McGee.
