We all want to shed fat for the summer. Come out of hibernation with this class featuring a blend of two proven and effective methods of burning fat! In this class, science meets intensity; The class will consist of two different segments: a moderate intensity boot camp workout to directly target fat, and a higher intensity functional FitMoves circuit using kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, and more! It will kick the metabolism into high gear both in and out of the workout. You’ll see the pounds melt away as your cardiovascular fitness and strength improve!
