Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Drawing inspiration from the hatha yoga tradition of Anusara (which is Sanskrit for “to flow with grace”, “to go with the flow”, or “to follow your heart”), this vinyasa class guides students through a wide spectrum of fluid and changing asanas along with breathwork, chanting, and meditation that together provide a positive platform for students to challenge themselves and tap into their intrinsic goodness, innate capabilities, and inherent alignment. Through asanas that playfully and joyfully cultivate balance, strength, flexibility, and a groundedness of the body, mind and spirit, this yoga class encourages students to constantly grow and evolve and to recognize and witness that everything they need is already within them, both on the yoga mat and off. This class is open to students of all levels.
