All Levels Vinyasa Yoga
In this all levels Vinyasa yoga class, we will awaken self-awareness of the body in a mindful, balanced and fluid approach to classical yoga. Yoga positions are sequenced together to create a vinyasa. Movements are done by following the flow of the breath. We will work with deepening the breath, allowing the body to find a natural rhythm through connecting the breath with movement. Students will be encouraged to feel alignment from within, explore and monitor the inner response without judgement, and focus into the present moment. This practice encourages a balance between engagement and willful surrender to a deep sense of ease. By experiencing the uniting connection with the breath we allow patience, tranquility, and peace of mind to flow into all areas of our lives.
